Solar PV modules for the power behind every charge.

A planned Halix manufacturing line. Every Halix station is designed to run on its own green generation — and the modules for those captive plants, station canopies and rooftops are a product we intend to make ourselves, in India.

Where this stands today

Halix Bharat Limited is a new company, incorporated in 2025, and this line has not been built. Its capacity, cell technology, module ratings and plant location have not been announced, and no certification is held for it. This page describes what we intend to make and why — the specifications will be published here when they exist.

Where the modules will go

Captive solar plants

Ground-mount generation that feeds Halix BESS and charges the network’s batteries.

Station canopies

Solar roofs over charging bays and swap lanes — shade for the vehicle, power for the site.

Rooftops & Highway Havens

Rooftop arrays for Highway Havens, Halix plants and commercial partner sites.

Why make our own modules

  • →Generation is the input cost of every kilometre we sell. Owning the module line protects it.
  • →Modules, charge controllers, inverters and BESS engineered together as one system, not sourced part by part.
  • →Designed for Indian heat, dust and monsoon — the same conditions our batteries are built for.
  • →Supply we control as the network grows toward its 2035 targets.

Common questions

Is Halix making solar modules today?
No. This is a planned product line. Halix Bharat Limited is a new company, incorporated in 2025; the module line has not been built, and its capacity, cell technology, module ratings and location have not been announced.
Why would a battery company make solar modules?
Because generation is the first link in the chain. Halix is building a network in which captive renewable plants feed BESS, and BESS charges every battery. Making the modules keeps that first link, and its cost, in-house.
Where will the modules be used?
First in Halix's own captive solar plants, on station canopies and on the roofs of Highway Havens and Halix plants. Supply to power-generation partners and commercial customers is intended to follow.
What certifications will the modules carry?
None is held today. PV modules sold in India need BIS registration against IS 14286 (IEC 61215) and IS/IEC 61730, and many projects also require a listing on the government's Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM). Halix will pursue these once the line is built; until they are granted, this page will not claim them.
