How long does a battery swap actually take?

What does the battery itself cost?
Nothing upfront. Halix retains ownership of the pack and gives it to OEMs and riders at zero cost, so there is no capex, no depreciation on your books, no degradation worry and no resale headache. You pay only for the kilometres you cover, at an indicative ₹2.20 per km.
Can I swap a Halix pack at a non-Halix station?
No. Halix packs are proprietary and swap only at Halix stations. That closed loop is deliberate: it is how the network controls pack safety and quality, keeps every unit serviceable, and makes the per-kilometre economics work.
